BKS is sensitive to the privacy concerns of visitors to its websites. The purpose of this General Online Privacy Policy is to describe what types of personal information we collect from visitors to BKS’s website, http://www.burgerking.com.sg or any other site operated by BKS or by a Service Provider on behalf of BKS (collectively the “BKS Websites”), the purposes for which we use the information, what rights you have regarding your personal information, and to whom and under what circumstances we disclose your personal information. WEB SITE OPERATORS

BKS Websites are operated by BKS. Certain companies including, but not limited to, advertising, promotional, internet and public relations service providers (collectively, “Service Providers”) assist BKS with respect to its websites. In this Online Privacy Policy, BKS and Service Providers are referred to collectively as “we” or “our”. BKS is the sponsor of a BKS Website. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

Certain non-personal information about BKS Website visits maybe recorded by the standard operation of the Internet servers on which BKS Websites are hosted.
